It is kinda of hard to see but there is a dryer sheet and a touch of glitter over the white piece. We made this card last month.

Once again you have shown me an interesting new technique. I might have to go in search of some dryer sheets to try this out, but I have never seen them in our shops. Love that stamp set. Just got mine so need to mount it and get busy with it!
We have many different kinds of dryer sheets here in different scents. I used Bounce. I thought it would look pretty at Christmas time to make it look like soft snow. I ran the white piece thru my Xyron to get it sticky then rubbed on the dryer sheet and then rubbed in a little blue glitter.
