Bag in a Box
Cardstock 3 5/8 by 3 5/8. Score at .75 (3/4) on all sides

DSP 6 by 9 on short side score at 2 turn over with the shorter piece at the top. Score down to the other score line at 2,4,6 and score all the way to the bottom at 8

I used 10 inches of ribbon to make the knotted tie.

I used Field and Flowers DSP which is free from Stampin Up with an order of 50.00 while supplies last or February 28.
